Every feature available today is free. Unlimited quotes, AI editing, drag-and-drop, themes, sharing, branding, multi-language — all of it. No card on file, no trial timer.

We'll keep it that way for as long as we can. When that changes, you'll know well in advance.

What's coming

Two ways to pay, both straightforward.

Per trip

When a client says yes and you turn the proposal into their live trip page — the place that actually runs the trip, with packing lists, deadlines, document uploads — you'll pay once, per page. One charge, one trip. No subscription required for this.

Pro subscription

For operators who run real volume and want extra muscle while building proposals — a monthly plan with the things you'd expect from a paid product:

• Your own domain. Trip pages served from trips.your-business.com instead of a Waytico URL.
• Saved trip templates. Run the same tour over and over? Save it as a template — photos and all — and start every new client's proposal pre-filled instead of from scratch.
• Visual editor for trip pages. Beyond the three built-in themes, customise colours, fonts, layout, and accents to match your brand.
• Your photo bank. Upload your library once. Waytico parses, sizes, and tags every photo, then automatically fills in hero shots and per-day imagery on every new trip you generate — no more chasing the right photo for each proposal.
• AI photo distribution. Drop a folder of photos for a single trip and let the assistant decide which goes on the hero, which goes on which day, based on what they show and what each day is about.
• Brand defaults that just appear. Your default Terms and standard included/excluded items pull automatically from your profile onto every new proposal — no copy-paste, no forgotten clauses.

Optional — in addition to per-trip pricing, not instead of it. Worth paying for if you're running enough trips to feel the time savings.

What we promise

• No surprise bills. Real prices will be announced openly, on this page, with notice.
• Quote-building stays free. Creating, editing, sending proposals will not require a paid plan. Subscription is for advanced features, not basic ones.
• Existing users get warning. If you're already on Waytico when paid plans launch, we'll email you, give you time to decide, and grandfather what we can.
